But let's go through some pros before mentioning the points that really put me off.
Pros:
- Quite nice browsing experience for the shopping site.
- Good selection of grocery items. But this is also one of the cons which I will mention later.
- Able to select a slot for delivery. Reminds me of purchasing cinema tickets online.
Now come the cons:
- They will substitute items with their in-house brand, without notifying you. For my case, a refill pack of Nescafe is replaced with their in-house one which I have never ever in my life tasted before. Several more items with the same fate, i was really surprised and at the same time pissed off as well.
That summarizes my 1st and last time purchasing online from Tesco.
