workplace new motto for the year. focus focus focus. this is enlightening as it is something align with what i had in mind this year. focus on key areas for improvement. focus one small thing at a time, not too many at once. just one, not two or three. ONE small step at a time. let me repeat. ONE small step at a time. many small steps leads to significant change at the end.
this makes you think of what is the most important thing to tackle first. too big to chew. no problem. break it down and do one small incremental step. and then next small step and so on.
so this year i will be asking myself daily. what is the one thing to do today?
